Looking for a friendly male or female student or professional to share my three bedroom family home. Rooms are fully furnished large double bedrooms. Clean and comfortably decorated with cupboard and drawers.

Cleaning once a week included in the rent.

Bathroom is shared and has recently been decorated in a modern fashion with good shower. Shared living space with large TV and dining room with table - lovely for reading and relaxing, facing the garden. Kitchen is a fair size and has recently been decorated.

There is a patio and lovely garden space. Parking space available as well as wireless and washing amenities (washing machine, dryer etc). The rooms are available to rent as soon as possible and includes all bills, including broadband etc. Deposit required.

The house is situated in a secluded close in Ramleaze, a quiet residential area in West Swindon. 2 minutes walk from Shaw Village Centre, which has a Takeaway, Tesco Express, Chemist, Cashpoint, Pub, Hairdressers & Doctors Surgery. 10 minutes walk from the West Swindon District Centre which has an Asda, cinema, Devere Hotel (which has a lovely gym), Link Centre (which has an equally lovely gym and fantastic fitness facilities), bowling alley, a few restaurants, library, charity shops, takeaways, bus stop (buses go to all around Swindon) and a few cashpoints and banks. Sorry no DSS.

Prefer non-smoking individual, but will consider smoking as long as outside.
