Luxury Double Room, Dressing Room And En-Suite

A spacious double bedroom and living area, with a separate dressing room and a large en-suite shower available on the top floor of a 3 storey town house. There are currently a small fridge, microwave/oven, a TV and blue-ray player, a desk, a double bed, bed side cabinets and a comfortable armchair in the room. The main bedroom is spacious enough to have a sofa/coffee table, if you prefer. In the dressing room, there are wall-to-wall built-in wardrobes and a dressing table. The top floor of the house is like a self-contained studio flat. The main kitchen is on the ground floor but the kitchenette area within the room tends to be adequate for most people.
I am looking for a professional non-smoker person who is reasonably tidy and friendly. I live on my own on the first floor where there are further 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main living room is on the ground floor. If you would like to find out more please don't hesitate to contact me.
