House Share/single occupancy double room

A single occupancy double room, in a well presented clean and tidy end terrace house, fitted wardrobes, all modern facilities inc washing machine.

The property has just had a new upstairs bathroom fitted with a large walk in shower and all the mod cons of a new bathroom.

I have three boxer dogs - all very well trained that have a seperate area during the day and sleep in there own area too

I'm Looking for a professional employed person who is clean and tidy or possibly a quiet student to share the house with.

Ideally looking for a person who is decent and respectful and fits in to a quiet calm house

I would possibly consider short term rent of the room and negotiate the term and weekly rent depending on circumstances.


Will consider and reduce rent for week days only

I work term times in a secondary school within Swindon and work from home some evenings.

Not looking to have lots of parties or loud weekends and not looking for anyone who moody all the time.
