Double room in quiet terrace, nr tation and town

Professional 40 something, single female, looking for a professional female similar age to share house with.

I occasionally work away from home and sometimes work from home. It's a quiet, relaxed house (the clubbing days are a distant memory!), so looking for a similar-minded housemate.

The room is a double with a walk-in type storage area. There is a separate lounge and dining room downstairs, downstairs bathroom and a separate room with the washing machine and space for a bicycle etc. There's also a small back yard which is a good sun-trap in the summer.

The parking is on-street, but I never have any trouble getting a space nearby. The area is mostly couples or young families so it's nice and quiet and the street is not a through road, so it is always quiet.

The house is about 15 mins walk from the station, less than 5 mins to the outlet mall and Sunday farmers market, and 20 mins or so walk to the town centre.

The rent covers some bills, but not the gas/electric.
