We have a lovely furnished, double room available.

We have purchased a brand new double bed and headboard as shown in the pic, but looks better in real life.

The pics are not great I am afraid as taken on a camera phone.

There is a huge fitted wardrobe and a very large chest of drawers with a lovely, large matching mirror hanging over it.

There is a lovely floor lamp, bedside lamp and a new bedside table to match the mirror/COD will come on 19/10/13 as it has been out of stock.

The carpet and room is nice and clean and the photos don't really do it justice.

There is a lovely family area downstairs and also a very good sized kitchen with large range cooker.

The room size is 12'6" x 8'9".

Ideally, we would prefer someone who needs accommodation Monday - Friday but this is not essential and could be amended for the right person hence the ad saying it is available 7 days a week.

It is more important to us that we find someone who can share happily with us and vice versa and who is a good match for our home.

We are situated in North Swindon very close to Orbital Retail Park, close to the M4 and other great amenities.

There is a bus stop about 50 yards away for the 15/15a bus route and a local Tesco metro within walking distance.

The town centre is close and Cirencester and Marlborough are about 15/20 mins away.

We are a friendly and fairly quiet household during the week due to work commitments so this could suit someone who is studying perhaps? but love to get together as a family at the weekends.

We are a married couple with a 21 year old son so if you are a young person looking for a room you would have someone of a similar age in the house :)

Your bedding will be changed weekly and your room cleaned for your return if you are away weekends if you wish.

There is a good sized garden, patio and garden furniture.

There is ample street parking if you have a car and a bus stop about 50 metres from the house for transport into town and other transport links.

There is also shared use of the kitchen ( with washing machine/dishwasher) ,family sitting room and family bathroom.

There is gas central heating and the house is clean and tidy.

We also have Broadband/wifi/sky tv.

We are in the process of setting up a separate tv/music/reading room to relax in on the second floor.

We are ideally looking for someone who will feel part of the family but who may want to use the room during the week only but this is not essential.

We would prefer a non smoker as 2 members of the family have recently quit and ideally you would be a cat lover or at least tolerant of cats as we have 2.
