Double and single room to rent in lovely house!

I've got a double and a single room to rent in my house. You would be sharing with myself and one other.
The double room has a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The single room has a single bed, large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a shared living room and kitchen diner. There is a shared bathroom with bath and shower and a separate downstairs toilet. There is also a garden and off street parking.
I'm looking for someone friendly and sociable who also respects each other's space. Ideally looking for professionals.
