Walking distance to the town centre and Pipers Way, serving large corporates and smaller businesses in the area.
Excellent bus links and a 10 minute walk into the town. The train station is 20 mins walk away.

Just two minutes from the Old Town Gardens with use of free tennis courts, the property is located on a peaceful residential street with on street parking. The house has a well appointed bathroom, kitchen and a garden.
