Old Town double room to sublet for 3 months

Couple in mid-20's looking to rent out large double room with exclusive access to separate large bathroom. This is a sublet so we will be sharing a kitchen and living room. We are both working professionals so we are looking for someone who is also employed, respectful, responsible and clean. The apartment is situated near Old Town off Okus Road. It is a modern development of apartments in a quiet area. 10 - 15 minute walk down Bath Road takes you into Old Town where there are shops, pubs, cafés etc. There is also a convenience store just across the road. We are looking for somebody to stay until around the end of November but we can be somewhat flexible. If interested, it's best to email me.
