Furnished double room in Old Town

I have a double bedroom in a 3 bed Victorian Terrace to let ideally on a Monday to Friday basis.

The room is equipped with a double bed, chest of drawers, large wardrobe and under bed storage.

Shared bathroom with myself as a live in landlord.

The house itself has been recently modernised and decorated. 3 reception rooms provide plenty of living space. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher.

The cost is based on a monthly rental cost and includes all bills. On-road parking is available via a permit from the council, it roughly costs £60 for 6 months.

House is ideally located next to the new Regent Circus development which has Morrisons, Cineworld and a variety of restaurants. Kiss Gyms (open 24/7) is a 5 minutes walk as our the bars and restaurants of Wood Street.

Swindon train station and local businesses such as Zurich are a 10 minute walk with Nationwide about a 20 minute walk.

A little about me... I'm 28 into travelling, seeing friends, gym, cinema and cooking.

I would consider a full time tenant but would require the room occasionally for friends visiting.
