Household bills are included in the rent. The room is a good-sized single room (2.8x2.5mtrs) situated directly opposite the bathroom. It has its own TV point. There is a good size, quality double wardrobe and matching drawers. All the furniture and bed are brand new as is the bed, the mattress and the carpet. The room is also freshly decorated. The whole house is covered by BT wireless fiber broadband. The lounge has a 50” HD flat screen, digital TV. All kitchen utensils, washing machine, microwave and 2 fridge freezers are in place. The shared areas of the house are cleaned by a cleaner, however cleaning of bedrooms is the responsibility of the sharer. There is a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. There is a garden for sharers use. All safety certificates are up to date. The other sharers are all friendly and sociable whilst respectful of each other, this is a basic requirement of any potential sharers. The house is strictly no smoking. I only accept working people so if you are on benefits please do not ask, I hate having to say no. No couples as that would exceed the HMO license limits. The deposit is £350, and the rent is paid 1 month in advance. There are no other fees. This is a happy household and I hope you like the look of it.
