Double room for rent that has been recently decorated and had a new carpet and furniture, situated on the middle floor of a 3 story townhouse, the room has a double bed which lifts for additional storage space and the room has a large built in wardrobe and a set of draws. There is a Freesat Box available if required and wifi. I live in the property and am looking for a friendly and sociable tenant who is also respectful as I work from home some days. You would have access to a bathroom on the top floor which you would have mostly sole use of. The house has a large living room on the same floor of the bedroom being offered with sky he and sky sports, and downstairs a kitchen and small gym.
