The house is a new build (only 8 years old) and has a garden and has lots of car parking in the street.

We are a professional couple working for Nationwide and Zurich and looking for a single female/male professional to rent one of the bedrooms to.

The house is over 3 floors and is a large Town House (Semi Detached). The large room is furnished with bed, mattress, Wardrobe, TV aerial in room and drawers. The family bathroom is shared and has recently been renovated to a high standard.

There is a garage but although we would love to offer some space in it for storage, it is already full but don't mind the odd thing if you really need to store something.

We have off-street parking available however this would be £50 additional per month.

Needless to say, we are looking for a clean, honest and reliable professional female / male. We are very clean and keep things tidy. We want to have a lodger that is respectful of all areas - shared and own room.
