Room available to rent for 450 per month

Hello,

I am looking for a professional female to rent a room within a 2 bed 1st floor flat. I currently work shifts and do not spend much time at home due to a busy lifestyle.
The rent is £450 per calendar month with £50 deposit. The property comes with the
following:

- Large room with a single daybed, which can be used as a sofa/ bed.
TV and TV stand / DVD Player
double built in wardrobes with storage cupboards above
dresing table with chair and mirror
Free standing mirror
Nicely decorated with wood flooring throughout

-Large kitchen area- cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, table and chairs

-bathroom (with bath only)

-small lounge with sofa and TV (I do not use the lounge as I watch TV in my room)

-unlimited WiFi
-parking space if required
-bus stop is a couple minutes walking distance, which goes directly into the town centre
-storage space available (cupboards /loft)

I have no preference for smokers / non smokers, but no smoking is allowed within the flat. (there is front and back garden space available for smokers)

The room will be available for 25th July 2016, however, if needed before then anytime after the 12th July can be arranged. Ideally I am looking for someone to rent 6 months + however short term is available (for example 3 months).
I will have more pictures available after 12th July.
