Cosy ONE BED in a cul de sac house.

Hello, I'm a young professional female and I'm looking for someone to rent a bedroom on the house that I'm currently living.

The house is located in Wiltshire Ave., a lovely quiet area near Swindon Town Centre. The house is minutes away from the train station , bus station, Swindon New College and Oxford Brookes University.
The house has a private parking place right in front and , in case you don't drive the bus stops are 1 minute away.

The room is fully furnished: single bed with memory foam mattress, a set of drawers, bedside table and 3 door wardrobe. Extra storage space available in the loft.

Bills such as: water, gas/electricity , council tax and broadband are included in the rent.

Fibre-optic virgin broadband & Virgin TiVo available.

My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home such as living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Ideally I'm looking for a non-smoker that will minimally stay 6 months.

The rent is £100 per week.
