Hello,

This property is only a temporary accommodation and would suit a professional requiring short-term accommodation through Monday-Friday.

We have a Large Double Room with an en-suite shower room available on a Monday - Friday basis @ £130.00 paid weekly. (Full week considered at a higher rate for a maximum of 1 month only for £165.00 per Wk)
The room is available now.

*NO WORKING FROM HOME
Initially, we provide a one month contract, extended if both parties are mutually agreeable on a Monday to Friday basis.

A 15 min walk from the Train Station, Town Centre, County Hall. & Trading Estate.
Bath-25 mins drive away.
Quiet cul-de-sac, which offers parking directly opposite.

Fully furnished, internet access, built-in double wardrobe space, desk area with office chair, 26" flat screen & TV.
Bed linen & towels can be provided if required. Linen/towel laundry service is also provided.
We expect the applicant to be respectful of the room as well as the rest of our home, we would expect a high standard of cleanliness and would also expect you to be mindful of your surroundings.
My partner and I are full-time working professionals & both work in Bath. (I am working from home but also travel in/around the Bath & Bristol area)
We have one cat who is pretty independent. He is very sensitive - So a cat person would be preferred!

We are both warm, welcoming people and enjoy having company in our home. At the same time, we respect your privacy if you prefer to chill out in your room.
