I am the house owner (female) and have I other lodger (male, 30). You would have a large, double furnished attic room and full use of shared facilities: bathroom, second toilet, large kitchen/dining room, garden. All bills (except phone) are included in the price of £360 pcm, inc wifi (Broadband). Double occupancy would be £460 per month. The house is very clean and tidy, close to Trowbridge town centre and the station. It is a Victorian property with lots of character and on-street parking. You would need to like cats as I have 2 who like fusses (and sometimes feeding if I'm away). Male or female welcome, must be non-smoker and employed.
