The house is in a quiet village, away from the noise and bustle of the towns - there is no public transport so you need your own vehicle.

My lodger has moved on at short notice, so his room is available right now. It is a lovely large double room with antique dressing table/desk, chest of drawers, hanging cupboard, comfortable chairs, TV socket, super fast WiFi & lovely views across pretty thatched cottages to the west and north, where the Marlborough Downs and the Alton Barnes white horse are visible in the distance.

There is plenty of off road parking, a wonderful & highly equipped kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes lines etc..

I am looking for people who need accommodation on a short term, weekly or full time basis (1/3 premium for dual occupancy).

We have 4 very lively and friendly dogs, a 3 acre garden and comfortable accommodation throughout. Currently, the rental includes all outgoings - electricity, water, Council Tax etc..
