House mate wanted for a house in Wilton

Hi, I'm Vas. I will soon be relocating to Salisbury to start a rehabilitation assistant job at a hospital in South Newton starting in January 2015.

I have buddied up with Becky (30 yo, nurse). Have recently found a 3 bed house in Wilton and will be moving in around the 20th of January. The house is very spacious, with 2 garages and garden. It's on number 2 bus route to town.
Currently looking for another housemate.

The room is double, en suite, with fitted wardrobes.
The rent is £300 per month, plus bills which are estimated to be £100 a month (utilities, internet, council tax). There is a deposit to pay of £730, which covers two months rent, fees and reference checks.

I'm very clean, reliable and respectful. I'm from Greece and I also speak Spanish. Originally a scientist but now into a career change and into becoming a physiotherapist. After living in the UK for 9 years, I moved to Scandinavia and then Ireland. Now back to UK. Currently living in Norwich sharing with three other females. I'm very social and into running, outdoors, hiking and the occasional salsa dancing.
