Good sized room, fully furnished with fitted wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers, and bedside table. The property has a lovely family bathroom with shower, separate bath, shaver point etc, next to this bedroom (so as close to an ensuite as you can get!) My bedroom has an ensuite so the family bathroom is practically for your use only, apart from visitors to the house. Large lounge, with separate dining room, both with access to a huge garden, which backs on to open fields. The large kitchen has the main facilities plus a dishwasher. Off road parking is also included.

We have decent, reliable broadband and good mobile phone reception at the property.

Winterbourne is 10 minutes from Salisbury, good public transport links (bus stop outside the property) and easy to get on to the A303, A36 and A345 so close for Salisbury, Amesbury, Andover, Southampton, Porton Camp etc. The Winterbourne Arms is about 10 mins walk and has just been refurbished - great food and atmosphere!

The room advertised is for a 7 day let, but I would negotiate for Mon-Friday AM etc.

I am looking to share with someone who is friendly, happy to muck in with house work/mowing the front lawn (someone cuts the back for us)/putting the bins out etc, and keep everywhere tidy. Going halves on cleaning materials and just generally getting on is all I am looking for - I don't like Rules of The House, and just expect give, take and consideration!

My previous lodger stayed for three years, so I can't be that bad, and am looking for someone as good as he was! If thats you, please get in touch ASAP!
