Lovely Room to rent in a cosy home in Woodfalls

One double room in a lovely shared house
I'm offering a lovely, bright medium sized double room within a very nice-detached house in a quiet development on the edge of the New Forest in thevillage of Woodfalls.

You would ideally be a female, professional (20 +) and non-smoking, sharing with me; a professional lady (57 but young at heart!! :-)). The room itself is an upstairs room, very comfortable, and comes fully furnished with a king sized double bed, cupboard and chest of drawers.

I have recently had the bathroom re- furnished too, with a new bath and all the mod cons! I have my own en suite, so the upstairs bathroom would mostly be used by you.

I'm looking for a responsible person who is wanting more than just a room but a home! The house also includes a downstairs toilet, a kitchen (equipped with everything you could possibly want inc all white goods), a dining room, a living room and a garden (with patio, garden furniture & bbq).

At home, I really enjoy cooking, spending time in the garden when the sun is out or relaxing in the lounge with a cup of tea or glass of wine.
Essentially its a very homely, welcoming home, with enough space to relax.

I have 2 older daughters living in London who I see quite often either at their homes in London or they come down to visit occasionally.

Woodfalls is a pretty village, has a great pub within walking distance, a very friendly village post office which stocks all of the basic groceries.
The house is also only a 5 minute drive from Downton (which has a doctors surgery, supermarket, pharmacy, hairdressers, sports centre etc) and is 15 minutes from Salisbury.

The house is also located a few minutes walk from a bus stop with easy access to Downton, Salisbury including Salisbury District Hospital.

With easy access to the M27 for access to Southampton, Bournemouth, Winchester, it would be an ideal location for someone who drives (there is a parking space on a driveway and amply street parking as well).

Internet access is also available and included in the price.

Price is £500 per calendar month and includes all bills except telephone.
