Double furnished room to rent in modern bungalow

Sociable lodger wanted to share lovely 3 bed modern bungalow with 45 yr old single mum, 10 yr old Josh and 2 persian cats ( one kitten of 15 months /one cat 8yrs) Lovely warm house with high standard of decor.

Looking for someone who likes the company of sharing a house, maybe wants to share the cooking some nights etc. I am a freelance marketeer / web designer working from home so that gets a bit isolating!

I am really tidy and clean so you would ideally need to be too ! Josh is very well behaved and fairly mature for his 10 years and goes to bed around 8pm. Would be great if you didn't mind the odd night baby sitting too as part of the deal to suit your schedule obviously.

Large room with plenty of storage space, king size high quality bed, dressing table, drawers, chair, 2 double wardrobes, tv point.

Bathroom (with bath, shower, sink & wc ) would be shared with Josh ( I have ensuite )

Shared kitchen with dishwasher / utility with washing machine & tumble dryer / lounge / diner / conservatory

Wifi, Netflix, lots of parking, garage, medium sized garden with patio, 1/2 mile to beautiful new forest for walking / off road biking etc

Woodfalls Inn within 2 minutes walk, Village shop also 2 minutes. 15-20 mins drive to Salisbury ( near bus stop to Salisbury also)
