Spacious, modern double bedroom available weekdays (inc Sun nights), in a very clean and tidy 2. 5 year old 3 storey David Wilson town house as from 1 June.
The double bedroom is self-contained (computer desk and chair, plus Wifi) with a lovely en-suite (larger than average shower) and is located on the top floor of my house. The bed, linen etc are new, and can leave your things in the wardrobe over the weekends.
My house is located on the quiet, rural Alexandra Park development about 1 mile from Wroughton, and about 10 mins from Old Town (also on bus route into town). There is a late night opening shop a few yards away.
Must like dogs (I have a Border Collie), be easy going and clean.
Min 3 nights/week: £70; 4 nights £80; 5 nights £90. Occasional weekends considered. Female lodgers preferred, but it does depend on the person.
