Droitwich is handy for M5 and motorway links, just 6 miles from Worcester. We are situated near several bus stops and 20 minutes walk to the train station. By train you can get to central Birmingham in 25 minutes.

Your room is downstairs at the side of the house with its own access through the back garden. There is an adjacent toilet, washbasin, utility room and your own fridge and freezer. Dimensions: Bedroom 3. 65 x 3. 10 metres. Utility 3 x 2. 6 metres. WC 1. 5 x 1 metres.

The family washing machine is stored in the utility. The room itself has a wardrobe, 2 sets of drawers, full length mirror, double bed and FreeSat box.

We hope to offer a warm, relaxed and informal atmosphere whereby you can use the whole of the house (in particular, dining room, lounge, kitchen and upstairs bathroom). There is a little storage space available if required.

We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, with a good sense of humour and down to earth. We would like to rent the room to one person, rather than a couple please.

Note - we have young children (12, 9, 4)and so occupants must be mindful of this at all times. However, we are not averse to you having friends over.

The room is available from 1st December 2013.
