Furnished Single room in my clean and well maintained second floor apartment. Only one neighbour below, both apartments privately owned.
Room to include bed, workstation and storage for clothes.
Private bathroom with bath and power shower, wc and sink.
Cleaner twice a month (£5 per week contribution to include bed linen change)

Full use of all kitchen appliances inc washing machine.
Full use of shared lounge with Smart TV.
Broadband throughout.
On Road parking adjacent to apartment which is safe and quiet.

I would prefer a week days/nights only flatmate but can be flexible for the right person.
