im 50 plus male looking for someone to rent my spare room single bedded room has own set of drawers / hanging wardrobe space . wall mounted tv / freeview . broadband available in the home which previous occupant used wifi no problems . MUST be a non smoker and work sociable hours. short walk to morrissons supermarket and strawberry fields .I have another lodger residing here so I have to make sure hours coincide . bathroom modern tiled and electric shower . parking alongside the house .room includes council tax and utility bills .
i get lots of calls from guys that are up at 5 in the morning but this doesnt fit with me or others in the house . kitchen facilities available but must be able to keep area tidy
