The house is in good order and well maintained.
The house benefits from a cleaning service every fortnight, this covers a vacuum of the carpets, general clean of the communal areas and window clean when necessary.
The room is in good decorative order and has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a chair.
We don't mind smokers, but inside the house is strictly 'no smoking'.
We don't charge a deposit, but we do charge an admin fee of £300 which covers referencing, contracts and an admin charge for each tenant.
