AVAILABLE SOON - from Monday 23rd SEPTEMBER 2019 - Single room in a luxury house in a lovely location. Room is available on a 4 Night (Monday to Thursday night inclusive) midweek let only basis.

The room is newly refurbished with pine bed, single mattress and bedside cupboard.

House is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac in the very desirable area of Headless Cross. Secure parking on driveway.

Use of 2 bathrooms / shower rooms plus additional further downstairs cloakroom with toilet and sink.

Shared kitchen with microwave, gas hob, electric double oven, several fridge/freezers, coffee machine, sandwich maker, food processor/ liquidiser, slow cooker and use of all modern equipment. There is also an additional utility room with sink and washing machine.

Comfortable very large lounge and dining area, large conservatory and sunny back garden for lazy summer nights. Latest Virgin Media Wireless Broadband system is available throughout.

Walking distance to plenty of local amenities and only 5 minutes drive to the Alexander Hospital and Town Centre, lots of regular buses with stops nearby.

Easy access to the M5 and M42 Motorway Network.

Rent is paid either weekly or monthly in advance and is inclusive of all bills such as gas, electric, water and broadband internet.

There are no arrangement fees or any other hidden costs, all I require is a small security deposit of £200 (refundable) plus proof of ID and employment.
