I have a good sized double room to rent to one QUIET person .
THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE FROM 1st NOVEMBER.
My home is in Kidderminster which is approx' 15 miles from Worcester and 20 miles from Birmingham with good transport links to both.
There is off street parking for a small car only.
The room has a double bed. there is a desk with seat, wardrobe and drawers.
A TV with terrestrial Free-view is in the room , wireless up to 200MB cable broadband internet access is available with no extra charge ( provide your own wi-fi enabled device ).
Shared kitchen with cupboards, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven, cooker etc.
Shared bathroom with shower.
I have one other lodger renting another room.
The rent is £275 paid by standing order on the 1st of each month.
There is a security deposit of £275.
Non smoking preferred however I will tolerate smoking outside.
There is no shared use of lounge.
