I have a large double room to rent to one QUIET person .

There is off street parking for a motorcycle with a ground anchor chain and lock.


The room has a double bed with storage under, there is a desk with seat, wardrobes and drawers.
The room is secured by a digital lock with pass code.
A TV with terrestrial Freeview is in the room , wireless up to 50mb internet access is available with no extra charge (provide your own wi-fi enabled devices ).
The room is provided with electric heater, heated towel rail and black out curtains.
Shared kitchen with your own cupboard space, large fridge/freezer (for exclusive use of lodgers), washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven, electric ovens, gas hob etc.
Cutlery, crockery, cooking pans etc are provided.
Shared bathroom with shower and your own bathroom cabinet.
There is a small garden with a covered clothes drying area and cycle rack.
THERE IS NO SHARED USE OF MY LOUNGE.
I have one other lodger renting another room.
There are never more than two lodgers in the house at any time so the household would be three including myself.
The rent is £300 per calendar month paid by standing order in advance on the first of each month. There is a security deposit of £300.
There are no other charges.

Non smokers only (including E cigarettes).
