ABOUT ME:
I'm a 43 year old professional, I work mostly from home for a large technology company but I also travel to London and the rest of the UK regularly. I enjoy cycling and consider myself to be friendly, quiet, discrete and considerate to others - and I'll be looking for similar qualities in any housemate.

WHERE IS THE HOUSE:
It's in a quiet location on the edge of the Malvern Vale estate overlooking the hills, so if you're into cycling or walking it would be ideal for you.

WHAT'S THE HOUSE LIKE:
It's a new 4 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms, kitchen/breakfast, dishwasher, loads of kitchen storage including your own integrated fridge freezer. There's also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. There's SKY TV in both the lounge and kitchen/breakfast and Wi-Fi with superfast broadband.

There is a private drive for parking and some storage space in the garage if you need it for bikes etc.

WHAT'S YOUR ROOM LIKE:
Your room is new ( 6 month old house ). Newly decorated, with new carpets and new furniture and has an en-suite with shower.
