Lovely patio area to sit and relax after work/ at the weekend, and the occasional BBQ and a large garden just coming into bloom.

Live in very friendly landlady. Clean and tidy but not over the top. I work full time 8-5 and keep busy evenings and weekends but looking for a sociable housemate.
