The property is a 2 bed coach house (all on one floor) in walking distance from Redditch town centre. It has off street parking and is easily accessible from the motorway and in walking distance from the train station. There is a supermarket close by and also a leisure centre as well as the town centre itself.
The bedroom is a fully furnished double room with use of the main bathroom (shower and bath) as main bedroom has it's own en suite (my room). Full use of kitchen and washing facilities. Kitchen / Living Room is open plan. There is a TV ariel point in the bedroom. Broadband is available at the address.
The house is my home and would like to share it with somebody who respects property and privacy.
I am willing to consider shorter terms and week only occupancy...the options are endless, am reaching out for help financially but would also like a friendly face about the place.
