Looking for a professional for our houseshare.. The property is a fully furnished professional 6 bedroom house (one of these is used as an office/guest room). in a quiet cul-de-sac in Ipsley, Redditch. Downstairs there is a large living/dining room (OLED 4k/UHD TV & 3 electric reclining sofas), a large conservatory (HDTV & underfloor heating) a large modern kitchen, separate utility rooms (with separate washer and dryer - no waiting to wash your clothes if someone is drying theirs), downstairs toilet/shower room. Upstairs are the bedrooms, an office/guest room, bathroom with a toilet, wash basin and a shower over the bath.

All bedrooms are upstairs and you will have a key to your own room. You will have full use of living/dining room, kitchen, utility rooms, conservatory, upstairs family bathroom and downstairs toilet/shower room etc.

This double room available has been completely redecorated, including new flooring, new oak furniture, mattress and bedding. It has an ensuite shower room, but no toilet. It is however next to the main bathroom which has a toilet and bath. I will add photos once the furniture is in place.

Rooms are for single occupancy, although you are welcome to have occasional guests. Additional furniture can be added if required.

There are a total of 4 shower rooms (3 are ensuite) plus a bathroom with a shower. Giving 5 showers in total, so you won’t have to wait for one to become free.

Facilities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 1 gig broadband with range extenders for super fast Wi-Fi, cable TV (inc. Movies, Sport, Netflix and NowTV), smart heating, lighting and speakers. There are outdoor sockets suitable to charge plug-in EV’s.

The house has a large wide drive allowing off street parking for 4-5 cars. Gardens to the front, rear and side (patio & lawn), which catch the sun all day. There is a large decking area with shelter and bar, plus a gravelled area with firepit and seating. There is woodland to side and rear leading to Arrow Valley Country Park.

Within walking distance from the house: supermarkets, public transport, bars and restaurants, Arrow Vale Sports Centre (tennis, netball, five-a-side, badminton, sports hall/fields/pitches, etc).

Less than 5 mins drive from the house: hospital, town centre, business and industrial centres and less than 10 mins drive to the motorway network.

Rent is all inclusive e. g. gas, electric, cable, broadband, phone (excl mobiles and premium rate No's) and cleaner. One month's deposit required.

Smoking/vaping allowed outside only.
