On offer is a comfortable decent sized single room that is situated downstairs in our family home in a lovely residential area about a 15 minute walk from Worcester University. There is a small shared downstairs cloakroom and a shared bathroom upstairs with a good shower. The room has a digital freeview aerial point and free WIFI. Included is shared use of a large kitchen/breakfast room, lounge dining room and garden. There is off street parking immediately in front of the bedroom.
We are a family of 5 with 3 boys aged 17, 15 and 12. We also have a very friendly dog called 'Bob'. You are welcome to share the kitchen and living area. We have regularly hosted international and home students. Our house is chaotic and busy but the bedroom is accessible from outside the main house so it is private and quiet.
This room would ideally suit a student who wants to live in the comfort of a family home but with all university amenities nearby. Available from September. Earlier possible by negotiation.
