The house is in Foley Road, which is a 2 minute walk to the centre of town and a 15 min walk to the university. It is a 5 bedroom shared house with a communal living room, kitchen and bathroom. It has a large garden and cellar for storage.
The house has BT infinity fibre broadband WiFi included.
Rooms start at ÃÂã70per week to ÃÂã85 per week. ÃÂã85 is for the en-suite bedroom. Rent includes water bills and WiFi.
Bills for electricity and gas are charged at ÃÂã10 per week.
When taking out the tenancy, there is a ÃÂã75 charge for credit reference checks -all landlords do this. However we will refund the ÃÂã75 on completion of credit checks and tenancy agreement.
