Housemate Wanted In Diglis

Hello, I have a double room to let in my house from the 1ST OF JANUARY. The room is furnished and you will get use of all the communal areas.(kitchen/lounge/terrace)

The house is in the Diglis area of Worcester, about 5 minutes walk from town, close to the canal and river.

It is a brand new 4 bed townhouse, on road parking and a lovely kitchen-diner. Lots of space, so you can have privacy if you so wish.

I am looking for someone who is fun, sociable, as I like having people around, have dinner parties with friends and enjoy the odd night out or an evening in with a good film and a glass of wine. We are also mindful and respeactable of eachother's working hours and try to keep the socialising to weekends and holidays.

All bills will be included in your rent, also wireless internet connection and sky. A cleaner will be coming every couple of weeks to do the communal areas.
