Hello, I'm a live out landlady, and have a large room available for a non smoker which overlooks Fort Royal Park, (available from 23rd August ), just outside WR1. The room is available for a cost of £380 per month including utility bills and council tax. It's less than a 10 minute walk into Worcester and within easy access of Junction 7, M5.

The four rooms are let solely to professionals in full time work, no shift work considered, it's a friendly environment and it is really important to me to find similarly aged people who are respectful to their housemates and the house!

This is a large double room downstairs; it's light and airy; having a large sash window overlooking the front aspect to trees and an original brick arched fire place with oak shelving either side.

In the bedroom there s a TV aerial point and it's furnished with solid wood furniture consisting of; a double bed with good quality mattress, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bed side locker.

The whole house has lots of original features, fireplaces, stripped floorboards and an oak kitchen (which includes a washing machine, two fridges, a range cooker and a freezer).

There is one bathroom on the ground floor which serves all four housemates; this has a roll top bath and a power shower. Also there is a private, walled courtyard garden (with a metal shed for storing push bikes etc).

Included in the price is 24 hour Homeserve cover in the case of any electrical or gas appliance breakdown. There was a new Bosch boiler fitted in September 2015. We are a licensed HMO.

Also included in the rent is a cleaner who, on alternate weeks will clean the communal areas.

Broadband and telephone service is organised by the house mates. Street parking available.
