Room for a professional/student female
A recently decorated and refurnished double bedroom with a single bed in a 3 bedroomed Victorian Terrace in Northwick. Close enough to the city to walk or there is a bus route regularly to town centre. Ideally suit a professional non smoking person (If you are a smoker you would have to smoke outside, not in the property). Shared lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom.
Rent includes all gas, electric, water and broadband. Only other cost to you will be to buy your own food contribute towards TV licence if you want TV in your room and council tax.
I have a puppy (small dog) when she grows up and cats so must like pets, which only live downstairs, not upstairs.
I would ideally like a mature student or professional and references will be required. I work full time and daughter (21) is studying at Wolverhampton University and commutes to and from. We are both easy to get on with so it is a happy house.
