Lovely double room in worcester city centre

Hello,

I have a spacious double room to rent in a 4 bed house. Currently in the house are 2 girls, 1 guy and 1 very pleasant but cheeky rabbit (who technically lives in the garden). We are sociable, sporty people and are looking for another friendly housemate to live with us.

The house is newly refurbished. Communal areas include: Dining room, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a garden (with sheds, so plenty of room for storage). The house is a 10 minute walk from both stations, 30 minute walk from the hospital and only 3 mins(ish) from the city centre. Bills are included in the rent (even broadband!!!!). There is no drive but plenty of on street parking in the area.
