I have a room to let in a spacious and warm Victorian house in a quiet street in Battenhall. It is ten minutes walk from the centre of town and the cathedral and also five minutes drive from the M5.
I work at University of Birmingham and I live here with my son who is currently studying at Royal Grammar School, Worcester. Paula also rents a room here. She works locally. We are easy-going and we keep the house tidy! We also have two cats.
The lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. We have two bath/shower rooms as well as an additional cloakroom downstairs.
We are preferably looking for a professional, someone reliable and tidy who is considerate toward others.
