Single Room With 3/4 Bed In The Heart Of The City

Hiya my names lis. Ive got a furnished single room available from the 10th july . Although its a single room it does have a 3/4 bed its also a storage bed, so If your like me and have an insane amount of shoes there is somewhere to put them all, the room has a Chester draws and aerial point(there is also chester draws downstairs for extra storage). The wetroom, kitchen and lounge are shared, the front room also has sky t. v and WiFi. Outside there a patio/courtyard and off and on road parking. Both shrub hill train station and forgate are a 3/4 min walk from the house.

little bit about me, i work full time during the week then often busy with friends and family on the weekend .even so im a really chilled out person .I also love good music and occasional beer or two, especially in summer as I often have mates around for bbqs etc). looking for somebody easy going on my wavelength.
