Town centre is just 10 Minutes walking distance.

I am looking for a professional, polite, friendly, clean and tidy person who doesn't have any problem in paying rent on time & makes no disturbance for others(living in house)

If you are smoker then have to smoke outside the house(No smoking allowed inside house).

If you are student and can assure that have no problem in paying rent then student/s can also be considered

Couples are not preferable.
