Room is furnished. Rest of house is fully furnished and the property benefits from a completely new A+ heating system. To the rear of the property is an extension which will be completed by December.

The house is ideally situated with easy access links to the city centre, and the M5. A Sainsbury's is within five minutes walk and Blackpole retail park is equidistant. Shared off road parking is available to the rear of the property.

Rent is inclusive of bills and includes fibre broadband and full sky entertainment package. Council tax to be discussed.

I'm ideally looking for a professional, someone who will look after the property, but also fully enjoy all it has to offer. It is of course your home too. Previous tenant was fantastic, and I'll be sad to see her go, but she can offer a great reference should you like to know about myself and the house.

I am easy going, into my fitness and movies. During the week I work away, but try and get home at weekends, but cannot get back every weekend. So essentially, whoever occupies the property will have a three bed house to themselves for the cost of a room.
