Double bedroom to rent in Worcester house

Due to our former housemate moving out we have a bedroom up for grabs in our house on Bath Road, Worcester.

The room comes furnished with Bed, Wardrobe, Drawers and bedside table. There is also a 'walk-in' cupboard which is ideal for storage.

Both the bathroom and kitchen have been updated in the last few months so they're all shiny and new. The rest of the house is also well presented. We've also got a cute little garden out the back which gets heaps of sunshine throughout the day so is ideal for BBQs and general lazing.

Myself (Andy) and other housemate, Syd, both work in digital design and work from home most of the time. I'd like to think we're a sociable pair and always keen to spend together in and out of the house when possible.

All bills are included which includes Sky Fibre Broadband and a cleaner who does all of the communal areas. As you can see from the photos we try to keep them place pretty tidy so need somebody who would fit into that as well.
