I am currently looking to rent two rooms. Short walk from Worcester City Centre. On-street parking.

Room 1 - Furnished, double bedroom, located on first floor.
Room 2 - Basement room, includes 2 rooms. One can be used as bedroom other as seperate living area. Can potentailly arrange to rent as part furnished if interested.
All bills to be shared equally between house.
If couple wants to rent the basement double would be looking to rent this at £500 for the two rooms.
Looking to rent to working professionals, polite, friendly, clean and tidy.
As I've recently moved in myself I am in the process of connecting internet and furnishing living room. Living should be furnished in the next week or so and internet will be connected asap.
