There is double glazing and gas central heating throughout. There is also an attached garage and large, private garden with patio and decking. Additionally there is off-road parking on a private drive.

Location - The house is in a quiet area and the neighbours are lovely. It is within walking distance of local conveniences including a supermarket, take away, pub, hairdressers and dentist. The M5, business parks, city centre, retail parks and hospital are all within a 10 minute drive.

I am a professional (primary school teacher) and work Mon-Fri. I am looking for a lovely female lodger who is a professional and also clean and tidy!
