An absolutely fantastic house within walking distance to city center (6 or 7 minutes) The house was totally refurbished in August last year and has everything you could possibly need. There are 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and downstairs toilet. A lovely kitchen with a big communal antique round table. Lounge and dinning room with two sofas TV (sky) and further dinning table. Small Garden with BBQ area.
I am the landlord but spend 95% of my time overseas. There are two rooms available. The one room has King sized bed wardrobes and plenty of draws. Also the room is en-suite with shower, Toilet wash basin. The views look to Malverns. There is a further bathroom with a large bath too. The other room is a double with shared large bathroom (one other) The current tenants are young professionals and good fun. Ben is Snow boarder and has lived in Canada returning to corporate live. Victor is a Skier that spends most weekends in Switzerland. The rooms are available in the new year. House has Broadband/Wifi (unlimited) Washing machine, great cooker loads of pots and pans and everything you may need.
