We are looking for a clean and respectful person to share our house, its close to Worcester City in a lovely quiet location with parking facility.

The location is quiet with local shops nearby. Not far from St John's with Homebase, Aldi, McDonalds and not far from the cathedral. Nice scenic views.

The room and house is furnished. The room room for rent is a double room with a single bed, mattress and clothes rail. I have included a brand new duvet and bed linen.

The house has Broadband and TV included in main living room. The house has one bathroom which will be communal. Front room has a 6 chair dining table. Both rooms have gas coal fires which adds character to the rooms.

Rent stated does not include electricity bills, water, council tax or internet bill.
