En suite double room - available July - bills inc.

I am looking to rent out the other double room in my 2-bed flat. It has a double bed, dresser/drawers, and a wardrobes. It has its own newly painted large bathroom with shower/bath/loo etc which will be yours solely to use. No bumping into each other in the morning!

The price includes ALL bills (electricity, council etc) and high speed broadband. It is available from July.

The flat:

The flat is bright and spacious with large living room and kitchen, all mod cons (refurbed a couple of years ago) and two balconies out the front. The house is comfortable and decorated like a home, not just a random place to sleep. I have a little cat who is cute and friendly.

The new development overlooks Regents Canal and is quiet, safe and friendly. It is a one minute walk from grocery stores/post office/GP etc. There is a Sainsburys 5 minutes walk away.

There is a bike lock-up and secure car park (spaces are an additional fee of around £50 PCM)

Transport Connections/Shops:

* 10 mins walk to Stepney Green, Mile End Tube and Limehouse DLR Stations - 10 mins into central London
*25 and 205 bus routes straight into town
* local bus takes 10 mins to Canary Wharf
* 10 mins walk to Mile End Leisure Centre, 15 mins to Mile End Climbing Wall, 10 mins to Genesis Cinema
* in the East End - great for culture and nightlife

About me:

I’m a 40 year old doctor - looking for 28+, employed/postgrad, fairly sociable but not too rowdy.
