Hi! We're looking for a laid back and friendly flatmate to join us in our bright and sunny flat share in the centre of town.

We (Annie and Lianna) have one double bedroom available in a beautiful 3 bed apartment in an historic listed building in central Brighton. This attractive period apartment is beautifully situated in a popular area with the beach and local shops on your doorstep and only a 15 minute walk to Brighton train station if you're a commuter.. Our current flatmate is keen to move in with his partner ASAP so the room is available at short notice..

It really is a great place to live! Perfect location, less than 5 min walk from Brighton seafront and the beach (the sea is literally at the bottom of the road), with easy transport links (the nearest bus stop at Waitrose is just 4 mins away).

The flat is located just off Western Road with lots of choices of restaurants, cafes, high street stores and grocers, and also convenient for walking into Seven Dials or Hove..

Despite being right in the hub of the city, the neighbourhood is quiet with very friendly neighbours that give a nice community vibe.
Brighton station is a short bus ride or 15 min walk away so it is perfect for commuters too.

The room is fully furnished and comes with a bed and chest of drawers (or unfurnished if you prefer). The rest of the flat is also fully furnished.

We, Annie and Lianna, are just two regular people; friendly, respectful, tidy etc (all the qualities you are looking for in a flatmate ;-) We both work quite a lot and tend to be out and about independently but we have a nice quiet and chilled atmosphere in the flat, often catching up while cooking or relaxing at home.. We work locally in Sussex, Annie works as a Researcher at the University and Lianna works for an NGO.

We are looking for a friendly and laid-back flatmate - tidy, respectful and all the usual must-have qualities ;-) No pressure!
